WHAT

The Park of Maremma lays under the Province of Grosseto, in the
territories of the Municipalities of Grosseto, Magliano in Toscana and Orbetello.
It stretches from the springs of the river Ombrone to Talamone along 25 km of the
magical Tuscan coast comprising a chain of hills that degrade towards the sea with
sandy beaches and cliffs, swamps, pine groves, cultivated fields and pastures.
Amongst the intense perfume of aromatic herbs, coloured berries and the call of
animals the Park welcomes it's visitors both with it's sweetness and wildness. A
contrast of feelings that awakes the desires in a "Paradise Found". An opportunity
to reset the hands of time in accordance with the times of the soul.
How to visit the Park
The Park is open all year round, every day of the week. Before entering the Park
one must purchase the tickets from the visiting centres (Alberese/Talamone). Itineraries
can be followed either individually or in groups, with or without a Guide, depending
on the time of the year.
